Coaching Track and Field for 16 years. His first 8 years were at Sheepshead Bay HS where they won 4 city championships and 5 national titles. The past 8 years John has been coaching at Susan Wagner where they have won 6 city championships. In 2009 he was the NSAF National HS coach of the year. John is a USATF level 3 endurance coach and a USTFCCA master sprint coach. In addition to coaching John Padula has been the Vice President of USATF NY since 2013.
