SI Elite Track & Field Coach Bill Welsh and Coach Joe Stasi will begin a 40 Day Odyssey to Good Health and Personal Bests starting on Monday, May 24th. The countdown series will post weekly workouts for beginners and advanced runners. Follow along and prepare yourself for the Pepper Martin/Arielle Newman Staten Island Firecracker 5K on July 4th.
